Production:All arsenic metal of 2N is produced in China, Chenzhou chenxi metal is the largest exporter of this item. The production capacity in China is around 3000mt per year, the actual annual output of arsenic metal is around 2500mt, around 1800mt is exported from China. High purity arsenic metal is produced in China, Japan, Ukrain, German.
Storage:Arsenic metal is sealed in plastic bags and packed in iron drums to prevent oxdization. Commonly iron drums containing 50kgs is 310mm x 385mm, in dry condition it can be stocked for around three years.
Usage:Arsenic metal is mainly used as additive in the lead arsenic and copper arsenic alloy, arsenic can increase the hardness, corrosion resistance, gassing minimisation of metal. Lead alloy containing arsenic are applicable in battery grid and bullet. Arsenic metal is also the raw material of high purity arsenic which is used in semiconductor.
